Embossing for Pink Ribbon Day

I designed this card for an embossing workshop and also for a Pink Ribbon Day Morning Tea that I will be supporting.  Come along to the Vermont Uniting Community Centre on Tuesday 26th October from 10.30am to support this community event.  There will be prizes, items for sale (including mine) with 20% of all sales being donated to the Cancer Council of Victoria, as well as a chance to socialise and enjoy a cuppa with friends.  Bring a gold coin donation for entry and wear something pink!

Now back to the card......

The photo colour is not quite right, I used Melon Mambo for the card backing, and you can barely see, but I clear embossed the card back with the En Francias background stamp, before mounting the Pretty in Pink top note diecut that I white embossed with the rose from Fifth Avenue Floral.  I finished it all off with a simple hanging tag sentiment and the In Colour Blushing Bride ribbon.

Cardstock:  Melon Mambo, Pretty in Pink
Ink:  Melon Mambo
Stamps:  Fifth Avenue Floral, En Francais, Basic Phrases
Acc:  Clear EP, White EP, Top Note die, Blushing Bride ribbon, 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" circle punches, thread, dimensionals.

This is a very feminine card to show someone you are thinking of them.

Happy Stamping,
