It is with much sadness that we inform you that our dear Mackenzie passed away this afternoon. She was surrounded by loved ones at home till her final breath was taken.
Although her decline came so rapidly (given the doctor’s assessment yesterday), we are all incredibly grateful that her suffering wasn’t drawn out. We all hope and pray that her soul has found peace and take comfort knowing that she is now watching over us.

On the 20th January, 2011 we received the devastating news that our beautiful little friend, Mackenzie, has a brainstem tumour. The tumour is aggressive and unfortunately, inoperable. Mackenzie is only 6 years of age.
Our hearts go out to the Miller family. For a family already having faced the heartbreaking diagnosis of their son Darcy with Cystic Fibrosis, this news has been overwhelming.
We are holding a special event to raise money for the Miller family and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Join us for an afternoon of handmade creativity and make a difference within the community. Follow Mackenzie's progress at www.wishes4mack.com
