Halloween with the Owl Punch

We had dinner last night with friends, and even though we don't really celebrate Halloween here, it was the perfect opportunity to make something special to share - like these chocolate slider covers.  I hadn't used my Basic Black ink pad in quite a while and it was a little dry, so once I had re-inked it, those clear, crisp images were stamping beautifully again.  I used the "Best of Everything" stamp set and it worked so nicely for this night-time silhouette, and I was very happy that one of the flower stamps fit so well in the owl's belly!  Click here to see another project with the same stamp set - it's incredibly versatile.

Cardstock:  Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White
Ink:  Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie
Stamps: Best of Everything, Tiny Tags
Acc:  Owl Builder Punch, Large Oval Punch, 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch, 1 1/4" circle punch, sponges, dimensionals, satin ribbon.

Happy Stamping,
